Yes they will write the most emotional letters/have serious words …BUT when the time comes for the man to book the flight - these girls simply will give you a million reasons not to meet.

Main Questions to ask

Nataliya Scam : Says you are to pushy in chats & letters, client says he wants to meet her, she doesn't want to be pushed in to real meetings in Ukraine,
she just likes correspondence. Client spent his money to go there, for correspondence letters but in the end-result, she is not interested in any kind of real physical meetings.
Letters msg cost $8 per letter & she takes 10 letters to give out contact details.

Inna scam : Phone call scam, client reports after 6 months of correspondence, he was able to get her mobile #,
only to discover when he called her outside the agency on her so called mobile #, the phone was 24/7 switch off,
he had to call her again through the agency 4 times just to talk to her. Girl has 2 phones, one for personal which the number
she never gives out, & one for Anastasia clients where the phone is switched off constantly,
reason given - battery not charged & at work not allowed to switch on the phone or keep it silent. He complained to
Aweb they replied she has new number please use our phone call reservation. Another client informed, after 8 months of correspondence,
he asked to go & meet her she clearly refused to meet him & suggested he stayed, client lost time, money & effort on another scamme

he had his Russian friend in Ukraine have him call Oksana 1 on 1 & had a lovely conversation about the client & her
relations on the agency but than client's friend told him at the end of the conversation
she asked clients friend out on a date, quite shocking, obviously the friend was decent enough to inform
what she asked from him & remain loyal to his buddy.

We found out that this lady speaks fluent English & even has a video in English in another agency.
Charging clients to use interpreter service through Aweb & fool clients into believing she is Russian speaker only.

I contacted Kevin & informed him about a known scammer. I asked him what to do to remove this girl from the website & get her blacklisted so it doesn't happen again & again to the next man.
He said send me the proof & get a police report.
Ok that was a reasonable demand which I was willing to accept as responsibilty of a owner of a website & marraige agency. So I hired a lawyer in Odessa who did the leg work.
The thing is, these people should be responsible & honest with their clients, it is not the case, the main reason is the want to profit out of all the girls & make the most of it. We all know the famous agencies for this.
So I contacted my lawyer & have informed him to get a police report since I don't live in Ukraine.
But now after telling Kevin about the police report, he demands he wants more proof that this girl has cheated you by making money out of you???
I mean his demand was he wants proof & a police report!
I have videochat recorded/phone bills/letters/pictures/ not counting my expenses(airline ticket) & now he wants proof that she made money of me???
What is next?
Maan come on, you are protecting this girl basically to profit from her, nothing more?

Are you writing to Khersongirls about the scammer that you wrote to from Anastasia Web? Is the girl also on Khersongirls? Or is this a separate girl only on Khersongirls? Since she is from Odessa, is she on the Odessa2 affiliate there? Did this happen when you were a client of Khersongirls?
IMHO, Khersongirls is one of the few non-scam agencies, so I'd like to know more about your exact experience.

This is the 2nd complaint on file for Elena though Anastasia web site. No
complaint from Men who have met her in Kherson. Other clients meet her in
person in Odessa. So I do see a pattern. The other client gave her a gift
value ($200) plus time and effort. But it didn't work out. The pattern I see
is Aweb may be using her to bait men to pay for services. (Imagine that !!)..
Complaint states that client spent a lot of money though Anastasia web
(not my site) to contact, video chat and exchange letters. Spent money on
trip to Odessa.
Client sent one request though my site to find out if Elena was interested in
him. Her response was No. My office does not tolerate any attempts to scam
clients. Therefore the ladies are aware that they should only respond yes to
men that they are interested in. Other agencies may pressure ladies to
respond yes just to make more money.
Gifts Accepted by Elena. (Yes, up to $200 in value)
Agree to meet in other cites. (Confirm as a Yes though Aweb, None
though my agency that I am aware of)
What I have is a man who is upset that he spent money though a well
known scam agency to a lady and went to visit her. Not sure if they
meet in person as I don't have a clear answer. I have no proof that it
was Elena or Anastasia web sending the letters. History shows a policy
of false letters writing on behalf of ladies though Anastasia web site.
But I do have facts that she has meet many Men in Odessa.
Until I can read the police report and see where Elena was scamming
or involved in a scam. I can not blacklist a lady. What I have done is
put a warning notice on her profile and removed GIFTS as an option
for this lady. But I don't feel she was in it for the money.
A lady may invite a man to meet in person. I wouldn't marry a lady
unless I meet her in person myself. But I can not blacklist a lady for
inviting a man to meet in person. As in many cases; it is when you meet
in person then you really know if you are compatible.
A typical Man will meet many ladies during his search.
A typically Men will get upset with a lady who meets many
men during her search.

Now we all know that a lot of the ladies from a lot of those agencies are not

name for Anastasia-I) than after a while the same client registered at Amazing Women & received intro letters sent to him by the same lady who rejected him at Aweb).

1.In this letter the lady herself admits it was never her who sent the intro letter
2.She admits a girl of 25 years old must be really desperate to go out with a 60+ year old man.
3.She admits also a fellow tried his luck & failed, so why she invited him to go all the way to Russia,
this is more of a crime than asking for only $600 or $800 for travel documents.
4.Her letter is really short for $8 value!!!
