Anastasia International: Provide with a letter of a girl asking for money & they will remove her, BUT than they have disclaimers specifying if a girl is not serious, they are not liable but only a match making service & not responsible for girls unpredictable behaviour, they do not confirm that a girl will meet you in her city unless you plan/arrange for meeting through the agency only.  Red Flag on their strict rules & conditions to communicate within the agency, no confirmation that the same girl will communicate outside the agency.

Bride.ru: they are not responsible for the contact email address when you buy them & they are obsolete!

City of brides : Provide with a letter of a girl asking for money to technical support & they will remove the ID, BUT they allow the same girl to be registered again with a different alias again.  No control.
